I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

Relatively easy for a person like my self with limited techno. experience.
Only just started off the case so can’t really give option until our sale is done and dusted.
Waiting in all day for a telephone call which never happened. Tried to call on hold for 20 minutes and nobody even answered to transfer me through to my contact.
Sean, has been an excellent representative.
He called me after sending a quote out, (which is a very clear format I might add)
We accepted the quote initially but eventually went with an another one purely because they were local to us.
I informed Sean of my decision and he was very understanding and wished us all the best.
Less review emails, just one response would be good!
If the same effort could be applied to answering desperate emails from clients as in promoting reviews I could be happier! Day 3 and nothing from my appointed conveyancer, being out of UK maybe this has been the wrong choice for us. Certainly, the amount of work involved in completing the online system makes it clear why the prices are so much lower than a land based service.
