I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

I spoke to Arti who was wonderful extremely helpful and explained everything to me as I haven't moved house fir ten years so had forgotten hiw it all works...but would highly recommend great advice and price very competitive overall 💯 brilliant service.
Initially I gave a very positive review and since the beginning things didn’t seem to be progressing. I have now been updated by my solicitor and it is apparent that it is our buyers solicitors that have delayed matters. Hands up I made a mistake as my solicitor has been working very hard on this case. I would certainly recommend this company
A great experience so far with My Home Move, they have been really quick in contacting us, which was fab because we had a few questions to help understand the process. The instructions were clear and helpful, and Arti was very friendly.

However, as we were selling and buying a property there was a lot of duplication. Could a bit of a redesign eliminate this?
Lucky they got 1star. Long story short had a quote, was satisfied, filled in the starter form and tried to book an initial appointment call which the portal wouldn’t allow me to do. Called the number, explained and I was sent a date which was 3 1/2 weeks from that point. Should have gone elsewhere then (stupid mistake!) Day came of the phone call at 14.00. Arranged my day around that phone call as I have afternoon meetings, finally rang them at 14.15 to be told he’s probably running behind. Explained my situation and expected a call asap. No call came it’s now 2 days later and have heard nothing from them at all. Lucky for me I rang a local solicitor up Monday afternoon 2 hours after the call was supposed to have been made. Did everything I was asked to provide by the solicitors and paid my deposit. My house sale is now proceeding, yes it was a little bit more expensive, but it’s progressing. With this company a simple no chain sale might have turned into a long complicated saga. My regret is not doing what I did on Monday afternoon after not receiving the call as I would be nearly 4 weeks into the sale of my house potentially 1-2 weeks away from completing. My experience do not touch with a barge pole.
