Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

The phone was answered immediately so no long waiting time on hold! Being a first time buyer I had 1000 questions and felt very lost in the process! I called and spoke Thomas just to iron out some of my questions, and ensure my understanding. Not only did he take time to speak things through and answer all my questions ensuring I understood, he was very patient and open and honest with his replies which made the whole process seem much less daunting! It really put my mind at rest.
