I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

What felt like a difficult choice to make (choosing a solicitor or conveyancer) became much more simple after speaking to Daniel Atkins only just after the initial contact! He was helpful, informative and allowed me to take my time to think things through.
Ryan has been outstanding in his support through our Move, he has provided consice and coherent information with prompt delivery. Couldn't recommend him enough.
My Home Move Conveyancing and Premier Property Lawyers are the same company with the extremely rude Manager Jonathan G.
My total bill was increased by around Β£500 vs the quote. After complaining I didn't pay that increase.
I also had Thomas from MHMC. He was very convincing while I was asking him about all those bad comments. Thomas didn't help much during the pricing dispute. The quote was very good, but I also provided all information, so there was not a reason to increase the price. Premier Property Lawyers stated that the 3rd party increased the price and they wouldn't fund me, but for that I demanded to see their invoice, but they never sent it to me.
I also lost the trust in their professionalism, and I hope they did their job correctly on my purchase process.
My conveyancer Adam C. was fairly quick with the process, but I had to follow up about everything. I had to ask plenty of questions as well as calling. It should have not been like that. I expected to be informed and explained all the processes and possible complication, etc.
I don't recommend them. I didn't recommend them to my friend who is buying a flat.
Don't fill out any surveys until the completion, this is misleading.
If you decide to choose them, ensure you give all information and you have everything written.
We were appointed a conveyancer whom is wholly incompetent and extremely slow in progressing our property sale/purchase.
The site boasts of only working with excellent rated conveyancer's, whereas this is clearly false. Having researched the conveyancer's they actually have a terrible rating and terrible reviews.
Sean called me promptly after me making enquiries, then talked me through the process clearly and answered any questions I had. A couple of things I asked for from the conveyancer, he picked up and sorted for me. Friendly yet professional
