After buying Fast Track at the Warsaw airport, there was no way to download the QR code - I received it by email only after a few hours. The company does not want to return the money, although the code was not used (!) After a week, they charged me 79 euros from my card, although I have never bought any subscription and when buying Fast Track there was no information about the trial period of the application (!). There is no way to check or delete credit card data in your profile - so I am afraid where and who they are hidden and can be used! Fraud on a large scale!

This website is a subscription trap at best and an out and out scam at worst. I bought a fast pass for security during a moment of panic and - this is my fault - failed to read the small print at the bottom of a confirmation email that indicated I was buying into a 79 subscription. I found out only when I was charged. They cancelled my subscription, but I should still have retained three months of benefits as they refused to refund my money on account of having agreed to the T&Cs (fair) but offered me 20% back in return for taking the matter no further. More recently, I realised I needed a fast pass and figured I may as well use the service I had been tricked into signing up for. I used MY account but paid with a different card, they then charged me 79 once again. Despite the fact I was using an account that had ALREADY BEEN CHARGED THE 79 for nothing. The first time was on me, the second time elucidated that this is a full scam. It is not worth the money, my banks fraud department reached out and immediately cancelled the associated cards.
