Equipment was ordered in what seemed to be plenty of time for the gig. UPS decided to keep delaying the delivery "awaiting other packages in the shipment", despite everything being in 1 box!! tried to talk to ups which is impossible and of zero help, so reached out to DV247 to ask them to intervene explaining that if the order didnt arrive in time then it was of no use to me, as it was specific to that gig it was ordered for. Received ZERO response from DV247 for help to chase up UPS or try and give me an answer to what was happening. Kit arrived in the uk, and once again UPS delayed the delivery with utter bull excuses on the tracking. Kit arrived late and I tried to refuse the delivery, but UPS wouldnt take it back. Now left with kit that I have no use for. Utter shambles that could have been avoided if DV247 had actually bothered to answer my emails. As I cant reply to DV247 reply to the review -- the delivery company is not fully to blame, it's the fact that DV247 did not reply to ANY emails sent to them asking for help!! Both DV247 and UPS were useless in this instance for help when requested.
