Van mijn bestelling was een artikel niet voorradig. No problem, zal reden voor zijn met importeur whatever. Maar hierdoor werd de GEHELE bestelling pas na 4 maanden geleverd. Waarom zijn de wel voorradige artikelen (niets speciaals, wat snoeren ed) niet al eerder verzonden?
Ordening from this company was an absolute breeze. However, when my electric piano started to have issues (within the warranty period), and Music Store let me know it would have to be repaired, it turned out they offer zero support on returns. I had to arrange the shipment of my piano from Portugal to Germany myself, paying for this myself and also taking full responsibility for any damage due to shipping. For such a big international online store, I found their lack of support on returns disappointing. The people I interacted with were not interesting in helping me at all.

These people are scammers i bought from there a month ago and i’ve been chasing them up for weeks trying to get my package and it says it’s been delivered but it never got it me i have provided the ring camera footage of my front door with the time and date they don’t reply to my emails or my my phone calls and i’m tired i don’t want anyone to go through the stress i’ve been going through i just want my money back BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE
Expédition rapide mais pas vraiment soignée, j'avais commandé un module eurorack, la boite s’était ouverte et le module est arrivé avec une petite rayure... Le pire est UPS qui livre systématiquement en point relais, et le site ne donne malheureusement pas le choix quant au transporteur. Je ne recommanderai plus sur ce site, en tous cas tant qu'ils ne changent de transporteur.
