Terrible support on returns
Ordening from this company was an absolute breeze. However, when my electric piano started to have issues (within the warranty period), and Music Store let me know it would have to be repaired, it turned out they offer zero support on returns. I had to arrange the shipment of my piano from Portugal to Germany myself, paying for this myself and also taking full responsibility for any damage due to shipping. For such a big international online store, I found their lack of support on returns disappointing. The people I interacted with were not interesting in helping me at all.
