For the last2-3yrs I have ordered from musclefood. Always good quality just wish the breakfast hamper comes back and fisher my daughter

I still haven’t received my package. Now 2 days late.

Not entirely Musclefoods fault but DPD delivery was terrible. Asked for my parcel to be left round the back door he left in on my front step for everyone to see! The box was also open and bashed. Not great so wouldn't use again because of DPD.

I ordered chicken thighs, sirloin steaks and chicken breasts, everything came out of the box sticking as the thighs had gone off, the breasts had an expiry date of 2 days after I received my order, had to throw it all away so it didn’t stick my house out - tried to request a refund through customer service and explained everything had to be chucked, was then asked to “send a picture” as proof which I don’t know how a picture would prove a smell, so sad as I’ve used musclefood a few times before and placed my orders to show others how good you are and I was let down immensly

Amazing company and great prices , Also better quality than the local butchers chicken needs no triming or prep work when we come to cook it .

Decent product and decent value

The quality was amazing the taste on the meat was unbelievable. Well worth the money and more I recommend you to all my friends and have said they will be definitely ordering some. And the customer service was second to none. Thanks so much

delivery date and time was to my choosing and the service was excellent

Delivered on time,all the meat i got was still cold and fresh it was well packaged 📦 We had the mince which was delicious on the first day,the chicken breast was also delicious and plenty of it. We get muscle food every couple of months normally the 4 hampers and if there is a offer on chicken or breakfast deal I add it on.

DPD let your delivery down this time,my box my delivery was in looked like it had been in the boxing ring with Iron Mike Tyson and socking wet,but the goods inside were fine.

This is the second time I am complaining. The batch of chicken I received was out of date and the smell was vile. My last complaint was the same but it was my stake that was out of date and stunk. I will never order from hear agen. The complaint team contacted me and asked if it had been resolved. I told them no nothing had been done and I never heard anything back no compensation nothing utter useless

Not very happy at all I had no chicken and for £70 that was really expensive. There was oddly any meat there and I am a new customer and you said you would throw some extra bits in it only bits and pieces that I ordered didn’t get no extra and the delivery man didn’t even give me time to open the door and left it on the doorstep so I’m not impressed

I don’t know what I was expecting I am really disappointed and will never order again or advise others to order Cheaper at supermarkets
