Originally easy changeover. Continued uninterrupted service.
Couldn't ask for a better experience. After being ripped off by one of thd big telcos for years, I cut my monthly mobile bill by 60% and got to bank unused data. App works well. Never had a single issue with any for the almost twelve months I've been with Moose. Highly recommend.
Great customer service, great coverage, amazing price, no spam mail or pointless debit reminders. You will not find a better provider than Moose.

Moose mobile is a great company. My wife and I pay less for our 2 mobiles together now than just 1 before. The service is polite and helpful and we are totally happy with this company.
While the 'on phone' wait for assistance was overly long, the person who responded was very helpful and understanding. His suggestions were appropriate and comprehensive and the follow up email provided exactly what I needed.
Do everything a good network provider does. I make calls send texts. Access the internet and get charged a fair price. I'm happy....thanks moose mobile....
Couldn’t provide basic network service. Kept dropping connection - for multiple hrs at a time. Called support and said it was a network problem. I’m in central Sydney. Immediately fixed after moving back to another telco.

Good download speed (150-300Mbps), value for money with big data quota and 200GB unused data storage. Stable connection, data monitoring and easy billing system.

Before moving to Moose I was seeing my mobile service becoming more aligned with business, introducing cool features that I would never use, and charging me for them. I needed a mobile for personal use 99% of the time, and typically, I only use mobile data when I'm travelling away from home. The Moose mobile plan was value-for-money and its flexibility in the area of data usage was much better suited to my intermittent usage pattern.

I needed a phone service, two actually, that worked without too much money or hassles to spoil the experience. Moose works for both myself and my wife.
Just all round excellent. I cancelled my Optus after my presumed locked price contract kept rising despite them compromising my identity. Paid out the handset to switch and so glad I did. Way happier with Moose, equal coverage, but $40 A month less (actually not so much difference factoring paying for a handset outright) but still a $200 a year saving for better customer service and transparency. I tell everyone who will listen!
