19th October 2023 I am very disappointed as I ordered 3 football shirts they were quick to take my £90 and I have heard nothing since it’s been 2 weeks. I have tried several times to contact them by email and no response I’ve tried phoning it state’s option 5 but there’s no 5 just option 1 which is a day care service and option 2 which is a dead line. I feel totally cheated out of my money. 25th October 2023 The reply from them states I didn’t order from them yet I have bank transactions proving I did. Luckily my bank have taken over to refund me and deal with this poor excuse as a company themselves! Good luck trying to fob a bank off. 25th October 2023 I have just spoken with Dave Farrell on the phone as he phoned me, and told him the fraud Department of my bank are investigating this matter. And literally within 5 minutes after my phone call he has closed Farrelly’s sport shop down. I would give this company a wide berth. Dave Farrell states my order was not with him and his company but it was, then he lied to trust pilot saying I agreed it wasn’t with his company. That conversation never happened as I know he scammed me out of my money. Be careful of this man and his so called company find another sport shop. One where you will not lose your money.
