Sylwana, Jesus, and the Monte Rentals team have been amazing property managers. They’re reliable, professional, and maintain excellent communication. Their guest care is personal and top-notch, and they handle every aspect of property management with care and efficiency. We’ve had a fantastic experience and highly recommend their outstanding service!

We feel very lucky to have Sylwana, Jesus and rest of the Monte Rentals team as our Property Managers. They have been exceptional in their service, responsiveness, reliability and communication with us as owners. They are just as professional in guest care with a personal touch. They take excellent care of the property, provide valuable advice and promptly address any concerns. The team is excellent to work with and we had a successful year with their outstanding service, exceptional guest care and proudly recommend them to anyone.

Monte Rentals has been nothing short of exceptional in managing our property in São Rafael. Since they took over, the entire experience has transformed for the better. Their efficiency and responsiveness are unparalleled—every query is addressed promptly, and every concern is handled with utmost care. They treat our home as if it were their own, going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. What truly sets them apart is how they take care of our guests. They provide a level of personal care and attention that makes every guest feel valued and welcome. Whether it’s handling special requests or ensuring the smallest details are perfect, Monte Rentals creates an experience that keeps guests happy and coming back. Their dedication and proactive approach give us complete peace of mind, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly! I would have given more than 5 stars if it was allowed.

Monterentals is a very good and proven partner in the comprehensive service of short-term rental of my apartments. They respond very flexibly to the needs of the market and customers. I owe the financial and image success of the apartments I rent to their professionalism and reliability. I have been working with them from the very beginning and I can recommend their services with full responsibility.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jesus and the team. We moved over to Monte after having a very slow start with another company. Since the switch Sylwana has worked tirelessly to get us set up with our apartment in Albufeira and we are now taking bookings just days after receiving our AL License. 1000% would recommend for your property management in the Algarve.

I am very pleased to leave a positive comment for the entire MONTE RENTALS team Contact with Sylwana, Ewa and Jesus is very good, they provide help even in the most difficult situations, and their experience fits perfectly into the difficult realities of remote rental services. I have great confidence in them and I know that they always try to minimize costs, which are a very important issue Honestly deserves 6 stars out of 5 :) I recommend them without hesitation!
