Monkey Shoulder Reviews

Really impressed with their collaborative approach and attention to detail. They took time to understand our business needs and provided solutions that actually work for us. The reporting could be more frequent, but overall very satisfied with the partnership.

Came to them with a complex challenge and they not only solved it but provided additional insights that improved our entire process. The team is knowledgeable, creative, and genuinely cares about client success. Pricing is fair for the level of expertise provided.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. They delivered exactly what was promised and even threw in some extra value. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Working with this team has been a game-changer for our small business. They're responsive, professional, and really understand what we need. The only minor issue is that their initial consultation process could be a bit more streamlined, but once you're working with them, everything flows smoothly.

The work quality is undeniable - they know their stuff and deliver professional results. However, the pricing is on the higher end compared to competitors. If budget isn't a major concern, they're worth it for the peace of mind and quality assurance.

Been working with them for over a year now and they consistently exceed expectations. Their customer service is top-notch and they're always available when we need them. The expertise they bring to the table has helped us grow significantly.

Started strong with great initial meetings and clear communication. However, midway through the project, response times became slower and some details were missed. Had to follow up multiple times to get things back on track.

Solid service overall but felt like the project took longer than expected. The final deliverables were good quality though.

Reasonable pricing and solid execution. They delivered what was promised within the timeline. Communication could be better during busy periods, but overall a positive experience that I'd recommend to other small businesses.

They get the job done but nothing exceptional. Service is reliable but lacks the innovative touch I was hoping for. Fair pricing though.

Clean, efficient work with good attention to detail. No major complaints.

They handle our monthly requirements without any fuss. Always on time and within budget.
