Having to pay to unlock my phone doesn’t seem right. Customer Svc is nice.

Website works fine but having to pay $24 to unlock my phone to switch plans is annoying.
I paid off my bill with AT&T and I am still being charged additional fees to unlock my phone. That is robbery!! Worst cell company in the country!!! That is why I changed! Very disappointed.

Kept asking for more money to complete the unlocking process. There was no indication at any time of how much each additional step might cost. Already paid £38, now they want an additional £40 to complete the unlocking. I haven’t even requested a refund, I’m just cutting my losses here. I don’t recommend you use this service.
Stay away folks , initially they get you to pay €23 which is good , takes 2 days to process but just when the unlocking process is done they charge you another €69 to unlock the phone. Complete scam stay away from this site waste of time and money.

Claim an instant unlock, take £10. After a day say your unlock is accepted and ask for another £8. Scam
Odd process in that you pay, 2 days later receive an email to say the process is ready to complete, please pay. I checked banking, had already paid and replied to their email asking for a refund. They have done nothing 3 days later except take payment and request again. Order ref: MU1005366

Well it’s all lies!! I paid for the INSTANT carrier unlock, MEID number was verified & accepted as AT&T for an iPhone 11. I waited OVER 24 HOURS & STILL LOCKED! This is complete BS! I’m NOT happy & want a refund!!!
