ATT salesperson broke phone and poor/no cell service in Denver area
ATT salesperson broke phone when transferring from iPhone 12 in November 2024They refused to replace phone. It took 4 months for get a replacement from Apple with many broken promises. Since new phone, there is no/minimal cell coverage (A SAFETY ISSUE). Trying to get AT&T to unlock my IPhone has taken a week.
AT&T wouldn't unlock phone in store and advised it would take 72 hours to complete. If you are faster then I'm ahead. If not, I didn't spend any more at AT&T for their poor service.
This company is a scam... They say pay their fee for fast unlocking, only to get another bill from them for them to actually complete the unlock. Pay that... and never hear from them again... no response, no unlocking. They are a joke.
NO IDEA....AFTER VODAFONE ACCIDENTLY LOCKED MY S21 5G+ 3 YEARS AGO A DIDNT LIKED TO DELETE NUMBER AND PAID $ CCA 2K + TODAY I TRIED COPILOT AND GOT ADVICES HOW TO UNLOCK THAN I HEAT YOUR COMPANY DESPITE IT IS TOLD IT IS ONLINE FREEEEEE TRUSTR PILOT OS REAPING OFF !!!
Can you cancel the transaction or decline it because I forgot that my iPhone 13 max Pro one tb hasn’t been paid off yet because they’re still charging me for something that someone paid off of on my AT&T account is a $24 going to get rid of the safety lock on my iPhone where I can use it for any other company, please let me know
Process takes way too long and the service is too expensive. I should not have to pay to unlock a phone I paid off and purchased. I should not have to wait days to unlock a phone. Corporate red tape and corporate greed at its worst. I will never buy a locked phone again and I will never use this service again
As others have mentioned this gives the impression it is instantly unlocked, after waiting 24hrs and complaining to the company, I did receive a response that an engineer was performing checks. Now 24hrs after requesting an unlock i am asked for a further payment of £29. I then decided to go onto Vodafone website to see there process which took me 20mins from start to finish with an unlock code for free. This company is a scam
