Returned faulty mobile - no response , no credit , left in limbo!
Phone didn't have working wifi - sent back , heard nothing - cant get a hold of anyone - had no credit . What a disaster! Will only ever buy new from manufacturer moving forward. - Update - All was put right. I received a new phone that had been thoroughly tested prior to sending. Now that all works , what a bargain price. Turns out the fault initially was all to do with a Samsung design flaw with the chosen model.
