After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Dave (the aerial guy) turned up, traced the source of the problem, fixed it and left - all within half an hour. Efficient and corteous. Well done. We now have all the channels the telly is capable of. Thanks.

David was polite and friendly explained what he was doing gave us a quote before commencing the job and explained the payment method. The job was quickly and efficiently done.
Don’t bother. I booked for an engineer to come and fix my aerial last Tuesday and was told an engineer would come on Wednesday. I had a call from the engineer in the morning and we agreed he would come between 2-4pm. He never appeared. I called the office again that evening and was told an engineer would come the next day. This is now the fourth day on which I have been told that an engineer will come only to be let down yet again. I have now given. The service has been abysmal.
Wasted a day waiting for an engineer who never showed up. No communication. Time wasters.
Just had an aerial fitted with connections to 3 rooms. Larry was the name of our Installer the service we received from him from start to finish was 10/10 He made us laugh and his experience was so clear to see. Clean and quick job we was up and running in no time at all. Thank you very much we are so happy.
