After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

The Engineer arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem with our satellite dish. He presented to us a choice of options with their costs - without any pressure over which one to choose. Consequently, he replaced the dish as we requested and everything has been working perfectly since then. An engineer from another company had visited and refused to do the work. We are most impressed by the service we received.
My only reason for four stars is that your engineer gave us a price which I thought was pretty expensive but accepted it assuming that was the bottom line. When he presented the bill it was hiked with VAT another 100 and odd pounds not mentioned earlier. Private domestic sales this should be always included in the bottom line
Colin was great at fixing the problem. Explained everything he needed to do and also clear enough to my MIL who has dementia and was her house he was attending. Could not fault Colin and the company on their superb service.
He removed the old aerial and put up a new one. It was a bit of a problem to get to, but he over came it.
Aerial was fitted quickly and efficiently once we had agreed the installer should go ahead. Much improved tv reception. A bit pricey but worth it for the result.
Excellent Service! Found the issue promptly, making sure my daughter had her new television up and running for Christmas.
