After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Arrived on date and time as promised, friendly and did an excellent installation.
Mike Harris Aerials review. I telephoned the company mid-morning and the fallen and damaged aerial was replaced with a new one on the afternoon of the same day.The job was done perfectly in a friendly manner even though the outside temperature was 2 degrees centigrade on that day. A 5 star rating is well deserved.
Our tv aerial was blown down during the storms. I telephoned the company on the Monday and they arranged for an engineer to come out the following day. He turned up on time and fitted a new aerial for us within 30 minutes. The engineer was very friendly and competent.
Engineer arrived on time,diagnosed the problem and informed me that our system was very old and that we had been very lucky to have had any reception at all. He suggested a new indoor aerial and agreed to fix it up immediately. The position of our house at the bottom of the hill posed a few problems for him but he very soon had excellent reception for our three televisions. The engineer worked professionally at all times and although the cost was slightly more than we had bargained for we would accept that it was money well spent. Would recommend the company most highly

I had contacted the company before Christmas but it had not been possible to have an engineer in my area so the visit was re-scheduled until the New Year. The engineers turned up just as the snow began t fall and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within just over 1.5hrs - working right through the heavily falling snow. Very grateful, Thank you. Dish has worked perfectly since.
