After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Aerial engineer was prompt and very professional
Got ariel fitted and had no issues great job nothing was to much trouble would definitely recommend them
Paul Strang turned up within hours of contact, checked out the problem, intermittent signal strength and found the fault on the Ariel. New Ariel supplied and fitted. Fully operational. Paul explained everything as he went along and demonstrated the fault on the old Ariel. Fast and efficient.
Installed new satellite dish into existing fixing. Works fine. Still have a problem with branches of Rowan tree in front of dish so pruned branches and picture ok now.
Disgusting service, booked for an afternoon. I had a day off work. They said they would ring and nothing, I rang 4 times. Told 2pm, 4.00pm and then 5.30pm and then told sorry he’s on another job we won’t be coming. Cancelled and they said they didn’t know how long MY JOB WOULD TAKE? I said what’s that got to do with it? Disgusting service, avoid at any costs!
