After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable and did exactly what we wanted.
Turned up on time and took about half an hour to determine that the receiver had broken due to age and weather. He had one in his van, connected it and the satellite connection was perfect. Only 4 stars as the cost was £270 which we thought was on the excessive side.
The fitter was very friendly, tidy & good at his job
The Ariel engineer was very good and explained everything he was doing. He was on time, and very helpful, I would recommend him, sorry I can't remember his name.
Rapid service, very personable and knowledgable engineer.
