I needed puma king football boots fast. I ordered Tuesday - delivery first thing Friday morning from DPD. Perfect for weekend game. I prefer to shop Irish and keep business to local businesses. I liked that the policy said 'next day delivery', that's why I chose this company. However this did not happen. Two days later I had to contact customer service, querying why I hadn't received my order. I was told it was DPD issue and due to Bank Holiday would have to wait til Tuesday. I was never offered a discount or anything...very disappointing. Also being charged €9.99 for an item to be delivered in your own country is disgraceful.
