Item delayed in delivery
I liked that the policy said 'next day delivery', that's why I chose this company. However this did not happen. Two days later I had to contact customer service, querying why I hadn't received my order. I was told it was DPD issue and due to Bank Holiday would have to wait til Tuesday. I was never offered a discount or anything...very disappointing. Also being charged €9.99 for an item to be delivered in your own country is disgraceful.
