Loans have got more expensive Recently charged €5 for a statement in donaghmede. Staff could do with more customer service training

I have been member of the credit union for 30 years now. Since my parents opening the account for me. I have got a few loans from them. I have found its cheaper to get a loan from bank of Ireland. Cars loans and personal loans. It's meant to be non profitable business. Banks can give cheaper loans and make profit.
