Metta provide excellent value for service, as a leaseholder who doesn't live at my block their online portal, zoom calls and prompt email responses really give me peace of mind.

Hello everyone I known the company really well. I can promise you that they are fantastic. I am an active and hands on directors of the residents association. We have had numerous management companies in the past. All of them failed us in many ways. Metta property management is definitely The best we have had. They deal with the issues as quickly and efficiently as they can. The previous management companies were so bad and untrustworthy I ended up doing the following no jobs myself Doing the service charge accounts Organising works in the buildings Chasing up leaseholders for outstanding amounts Paying outstanding balances to contractors And much more Since Metta has been managing us I have slowly stop having to deal with these issues. I know that Abby and the team are honest sincere and hardworking.

I have been an owner of a leasehold in vector point, ilford for many years now. This involved seeing an undesirable number of new management firms being sacked. Since Metta PM took over, my life has been a dream. The way they handle difficult situations has been a dream come true, i have never had to worry because i know my problems were always in good hands. During my team with Metta PM, i have tended to raise requests/problems last minute given then nature of the problems, Metta PM have always been quick to resolve, for which i am the most grateful for. My advise to anyone buyer a property that is managed by a management company, would be to thoroughly look at these types of reviews before buying a property. This manging agent stirs up dissent. If you email with a direct question or request this will not be answered or done. Be aware they seem to be charming but in reality they are wolves in sheep's clothing.
