joined as I have been a longstanding member of the empire casino for over 10 years. Note, it is run by a different company AG Communications? I received an email offering 1000 met points (worth £10 in the casino - enough to get 1 beer?) I clearly did not see where I had to enter the code as I did not receive. The T&Cs do not mention a code at all on the site. I asked chat and they said I was not eligible - I emailed the head office and they refused. I withdrew and accidentally left 75p in the account. be aware there is a £20 min withdrawal and a £1 fee for every single withdrawal. I asked chat as and they asked me to send a screenshot of the Terms and conditions to prove what I was saying. They clearly are not bothered about loyal customers when their 1st instinct is to say NO. I will keep playing with a more established brand thankyou. UPDATE after 2 days of emails I have been given the 1000 points "as a gesture of goodwill"
