I was very disappointed due to my last order, things were defrosted and the ice pack where all so. I tried to call the number and left a message and no one call me back and when I went to cook my pork the meat was so like freezer burnt one side I had to cut the top off before I cooked it. Not happy at all.

The product description for the tacos was very misleading because what I received were high priced tortillas. A call to customer service to complain wasn't successful. I won't be ordering again.

First, customer service “Meathead” was a bit sarcastic when I was following up on my order/delivery date, basically saying that if I’d read all the disclaimers about ordering by 2pm Thursday, I’d know when I was getting my order. Letting me know when the eta was (like saying “Tuesday 6/23”) on my order, instead of trying to make me feel like a complete idiot, would have been fine. Then, apparently there was a mixup with my order anyway, so delivery was going to be delayed by 2 days. At least Corey was nice enough to keep me posted via text about the mixup and delay. I still haven’t received my order that I placed last week. Hopefully no issues with my order once it arrives.
