Customer Service Could Have Been Better
First, customer service “Meathead” was a bit sarcastic when I was following up on my order/delivery date, basically saying that if I’d read all the disclaimers about ordering by 2pm Thursday, I’d know when I was getting my order. Letting me know when the eta was (like saying “Tuesday 6/23”) on my order, instead of trying to make me feel like a complete idiot, would have been fine. Then, apparently there was a mixup with my order anyway, so delivery was going to be delayed by 2 days. At least Corey was nice enough to keep me posted via text about the mixup and delay. I still haven’t received my order that I placed last week. Hopefully no issues with my order once it arrives.
