Happy with my order and the process of the delivery. Not happy that I was not contacted to organise a time for the delivery. I was contacted by the driver saying he was on his way and I was a 30 minute drive from home. The driver was very helpful and obliging.

Purchased garden furniture recently. The team went above and beyond they were incredibly helpful and informative. The furniture was delivered the next day, Laura in Ballincollig made sure that everything was in order and even took the time to call me a few days later to make sure that everything was ok with the order. Just got a Weber BBQ from MD O'Shea. Helpfully, I was pointed to a special offer that saved me enough to bring a couple of extra flats of beer to the first BBQ! Laura made the whole process as smooth as could be; even to the point of getting the product unpacked so it would fit into my car. Great value and great service!

Great service. I even got a call before my things were delivered which made delivery instructions much handier. I was out at the time when I got a call about the delivery and we quickly arranged a safe place to leave the items. Wouldn’t get that type of service with other businesses. Very satisfied
