Was dealing with Lorcan in the killarney branch, we had put our required items in the basket and were waiting a day or two to make the order, we received a discount email so thought we would use it the following day. The link sent me to my basket to which I made the purchase pretty sure of what I had ordered, the wrong size panels had been delivered and Lorcan was very kind and efficient to acknowledge there have been an issue with online code and made sure we got the correct size the following day to no further payment. Highly reccomend Md O Sheas
