This company is like walking to a man made trap where they will make you enter without your consent no written contract no nothing their agent will ask for bank details lure you to cheap rates but infact they will charge you very higher rates than in the market. Please be aware of these frauds. Don’t fall for them. And one more thing same person will talk to you over the phone with different names . Soo scamming .

I’m a new customer with maxen power start is September 2025. Strting is very good service is faster. Respond is quicker. Customer service is all time available . My new bill is not coming . coming on ofter month. Im waiting for a fixeing new smart meter. Thanks. First time filling good.

Gents, if you are seeing this review! This is not a 5-star review. The reason I did this is to bring you to the right place. All 5-star reviews that you are about to read are 100% fake. These are not genuine reviews from customers or the public. They pay their own people to submit positive reviews here. They sign up contracts without your consent. They will call you and negotiate a significant amount of fine before the reconnection. If you give your meter reading over the phone, they will still charge you under an estimated rate, and if you ask them, they will tell you that we have never received your meter reading. They don’t have a robust system. Do not negotiate anything over the phone. Ask them in writing or by email. If you agree to any sort of agreement over the phone verbally, it means you are falling for it. I have been scammed big time by this company. They made me shut my business. They manipulate you into signing a contract. They spread your details to other third-party brokers. If you are receiving multiple phone calls from brokers, it’s these people. Please avoid this company for good. They don’t have a monitoring system. No calls are being recorded. If you go to court, your verbal conversation that you had with them is not valid. Please do not read any of these 5-star reviews. The reality is different. Surprisingly, this government is not doing anything about this company. They rip you off. I am writing this from my experience, I don’t want you to fall for it. Please avoid these people. Most importantly, if you ask them their names when you are on a call, they will give you funny names. Even those ladies who work for them are all part of the game. They will talk to you very softly and convincingly. Please be careful with them, they will give you a heart attack, they don’t care if you leave this planet. There are a lot of cases going against these people. They are being watched by Ofgem. They even paid 1.65 million for unlawful activities and unfair customer services. Please avoid them. These are not human creatures.
