Got exactly what I ordered....and delivery was great.
Ultimately got my tickets OK and on time. They didn’t come and didn’t come. I called customer service and no help. Finally I had to contact original seller and they were able to instruct.

Fast and reliable service for tickets
Spent $177 on tickets for a concert. They never got emailed to me so I called and they said the seller no longer had tickets and they would refund me. Then they sent me different tickets an hour after the show started. I called and said it was too late the show started an hour ago... They said too bad and refused to refund my order. Worst company and worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The " customer service representatives" were the most rude "people" I've ever encountered in any service industry. They've tied up my account all weekend long. Still no tickets... And of course the price continues to go up daily. If you'd like you be spoken down to, then please go through Marks if you'd like to get what you've paid for go through a different vendor
I have used this Mark's in the past and have had allot of success. There are many tickets sites but I feel that Mark's tickets have been very reliable. I encourage others to give this service a shot you wont regret it. Thank You

Never heard of Mark's Tickets before so it was a gamble on my part. But I was greatly surprised! I got great seats cheaper than any other ticket supplier. I now check Mark's Tickets 1st when looking for tickets to anything I am interested in.
Tickets were everything as promised delivered on time, Prices were competitive and there were many seating options. I was skeptical at first shopping on line, but I am sold on Mark’s now. Great service.
