I had a very good experience selling our late Mum's house via Manton's estate agents. Rosina was the initial contact and came via a friend's recommendation. After the house was photographed and on the market, we dealt with Nicole until completion. They were professional and dedicated throughout the entire process. They are a smaller family business, and this comes across as you feel part of it rather than just a 'number.' They were also cheaper in terms of commission than the others we considered - this did not affect the service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would happily use them again! Fantastic Estate Agency, all staff went out of their way with the sale of our property that was difficult for all sorts of reasons and all staff were really good at getting back to you if you left messages.
