KIA BLETCHLEY don’t bother
Have a problem with the engine management light coming on in My 6 month old Kia Niro, was told by the service manager they couldn’t look at it for 4/5 weeks , asked what I’m supposed to do in the mean time or would they provide a courtesy car was told there’s a 4 week wait for one . My car is 6 months old with 4k miles on the clock, I paid £36,000 for the car and expected a better service . Advice was to ring RAC Rang Kia RAC 4 1/2 hr wait Don’t waste your hard earned money at this dealer KIA BLETCHLEY , once they have your money there not interested. Customer care at the service dept based on this and two other previous experiences is non existent
