I've bought many items from MandM from t-shirts to boxer shorts and never had to return anything. Ordering online through the app is quick and easy. Delivery is super fast with their yearly one off payment which means you get 12 months free shipping of goods.

I do not like having to pay for returns when the shoe size is wrong. If the shoes say6 it should be a 6 not a 5. But I’m having to pay for a product wrongly sized.

I am 76 years old and love getting my shoes from MandM, there’s always a good selection for all ages! No problem if they don’t fit, I pop them back in the blue plastic bag and drop them off at the post office with no effort!

I've been very impressed with M&M since discovering them just under a year ago. I opted for the £7.99 (as I remember) payment scheme, which allows you free (very quick) delivery for a whole year. My recent delivery came the next day. The prices are very competitive - and, on the one occasion I had trouble with a delivery (courrier's fault), it was handled quickly and efficiently by M&M.
