ordered several pairs of shorts not sure of sizing.out of the 5 i ordered i returned 3 and re-ordered 1 pair in smaller size.return was processed very promptly and replacement pair arrived quickly.great job.have used a few times now and have not been disappointed.

Although the item I received was good it was a bit too small but you make it so difficult to return I have kept it. I have no printer and live in a village, no shops, and no form of transport to get to a drop off point.

Items arrived on time pity about thr delivery company left in wrong place out in open package was soaking wet and slightly damaged as wasdown pour had reported to the company still waiting there is a safe place to leave unfortunately had to wash items as present really disappointed

Ordered for the first time two dresses which unfortunately didn’t fit me and sandals which didn’t either. Returned them. Great communication from this company re my return and subsequent refund issued. Re ordered the dresses in a different size and received them so quickly!. I’m in Jersey in the Channel Islands and believe me we often have to wait for stuff!. Amazing communication, dispatch , refund. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company in the future.

Cheap price and always delivered quick

The package did not arrive. Tried contacting the company from the Tuesday onwards several times but did not hear back from the company(m and m direct) until the Friday. No phone number to contact company only a chat bot, which says will reply in 24 hours but it took 72 hours. Presents in package for 5 year olds birthday on Saturday, so major problem there. Was told I'd get a refund in 5 days time and if I wanted I cud reorder again...no offer of we will resend the package asap etc.
