I cannot recommend Robert highly enough! I recently had problems with an old desktop ‘all in one’ computer and Robert managed to save all my data, replace the hard drive, do a clean install of Windows 10 and reinstate all my data. He then sat patiently with me and gave me a tutorial. I am really pleased with his expertise and I would use him again without hesitation. Robert will now be my ‘go to’ for any computer related problems. His service is incredibly quick too.

We have always found Robert to be very easy to deal with. He very quickly understood our particular needs and responded well to them. The Zoom course he delivered enabled us to create our own pages. He was also always able to help when we got stuck. His presence on the weekend when we cut over from our old website was reassuring and was a great success, due in no small part to the joint planning we had done.
