The mezcal quality is fine but their consulting fees seem high compared to other distributors. Service was professional but not exceptional enough to justify the premium pricing.
The mezcal selection was excellent and their expertise is clear, but communication could be better. Had to follow up multiple times to get pricing information. Once we got things moving, the quality was solid though.
Decent service overall but felt a bit rushed during our consultation. The mezcal recommendations were good quality but not as unique as I was hoping for given their reputation.
Their deep knowledge of mezcal production and regional differences really shows. Helped us create an authentic Mexican spirits program that our customers love.
Worked with them to stock our liquor store with premium mezcal options. They understand the market well and provided great guidance on what sells. Delivery was prompt and all bottles arrived in perfect condition.
Really knowledgeable team when it comes to mezcal varieties and sourcing.
Madre Mezcal transformed our understanding of authentic mezcal. They connected us directly with small-batch producers in Oaxaca and helped us build relationships that go beyond just purchasing. Their commitment to supporting traditional methods and fair compensation for producers aligns perfectly with our values. Highly recommend for any business serious about quality spirits.
From initial consultation to final delivery, Madre Mezcal exceeded expectations. They educated our staff about different mezcal types and helped create a curated selection for our bar. The pricing was fair and the products arrived perfectly packaged. Will definitely work with them again.
