Spent £75 here buying 10 lines of euromillions for 10p, 49p and £1 ended up with 1420 lines on the euromillions. Then i went to check the numbers and literally all of the lines were the same as the others, even though the syndicate names were different the numbers were always the same. Ended up checking the winnings and got given £58 in "credit" asked the support why is it not in cash and they said "u can buy more tickets to try to win the jackpot”.. ridiculous

Been trying to leave and it has taken hours! The site brings up all these companies who will do a letter on your behalf- for an extortionate fee. All I wanted to do was make sure no money goes out of my account. So is leaving each individual lottery syndicate the same as cancelling my membership? Nowhere has any information 😕
