Bought into this but then of course ends up being a scam whereby lotto social just take money from your account, hard to cancel and unsure if I'm going to get charged anymore. I would steer well clear... See more
Straight to the point and easily enough to play great games
Brilliant service
Winning ways
Great site and hope it give me a win
Con merchants. You can't cancel, you can stop all contact, think it's over, but they still take money from your account. So many complaints. Stay clear
I was offered 10 lines for £1. There was no mention of this being ongoing and having to pay £6.50 every week. This sort of sharpe practice brings the lottery into disrepute. I was charged £6.50 - Total scam!
Company support is good and I’m enjoying the options I have on the app for syndicates.
I have been paying for a few weeks and now I cant log in and it cannot find my account to reset my password using my email and number which it is emailing and texting me on.
i m happy to win at this game, it's excited, tks
Quick and easy service
Very slow site at times
Hello there I really thought this website was a scam but I grown to like it,completely different than other betting or gaming site.aI give 4 stars only due to the 3days waiting period to collect our winnings.
increíble fantástica aplicación súper recomendable y buenos precios
Taking more of my money to win nothing at all
Bonuses and wins
Avoid this company, they keep charging you after you've cancelled, they trick you out of money by claiming to be giving you free things and then take money off you without telling you. They also don't tell you what share of syndicates you'll get, and it's not even clear how many people you're in a syndicate with.
Joined for one day, nothing was said about any charges for joining or any charges for any of the freebies like a 10 free lines. I payed £1 for I set of ten lines on the euro millions and that’s all was stated for charges. I then find I’ve been charged £6.50 4 times and £3.50 1ntime out of nowhere with no mention in under a day of joining Tried contacting the website for help and they weren’t helpful at all wasn’t clear or helpful on why I’ve been charged so much for under a days use and why signing up to something cos me 4x what they said it should and some more. When I tried getting back to them on my confusion no one got back to me, Managed to get a partial refund but was under half of what was taken from me
I think these people are scammers. I don't believe that the "lottery tickets" they are issuing are real tickets for the real draw, so there's no chance of actually winning the jackpot. Do a Google search and see how many winners have given thanks to Lotto Social for their winnings and you will see there are absolutely none. You would think that a company that have apparently been doing this for 15 years would want to use the publicity of their winners to promote their business, but there aren't any winners at all! You're better off starting your own syndicate with family, friends or coworkers where you can actually see the tickets you're buying and have control of the prize money. Lotto Social cannot be trusted. The Lotto Social app is terrible to navigate, slow to upload lottery results, and the customer service is so bad it's laughable. It's also really difficult to leave a syndicate, and if you do manage it, do not expect to receive any tickets you might have already paid for. They rely on creating confusion to swindle people out of their money. DO NOT give this company any of your money. Even if your numbers were to match the jackpot winning numbers for the draw, I can guarantee you will not see your share of that money. They also rely on people getting addicted to the other games available on their app. Tighter controls should be placed on this app as it's a gambling addict's worst nightmare.
Good fun enjoy
