Great product Fast Delivery Trusted and came on time

Ordered some boots for my niece I was emailed and told I'd received a email to let me know when to collect. My sister wa passing the shop yesterday and decided shed ask if they had arrived. The order wa sin my name they cost me over £30 and the cashier just gave my order to her. No I.D no reference number asked for. I received the email today to go and collect them. So I rang my sister rtheis morning and this is when I found out shed already got them. Shocked honestly. Wheres the security of my order. Anyone could just walk in and get someone order if they know it's there.

MCFC 125 year anniversary football shirt. I went to the club shop on Tuesday but no mens medium so tried the City store online and none there. Loofes had them on their website so ordered using a 10% discount code and it arrived today as promised with free delivery so a real bargain. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.

Well I ordered the item long time ago and will not recommend this company whatsoever. Send the Dr Martin boots which have so many creases and refused to swap. And no reply to my email anymore! Disgusting!

Fantastic site! I remember when I was younger and I used to pop into the shops all of the time. It's good to know their customer service is just as good online as it is in the stores. I really recommend these guys, I have a feeling they might be a family run company too which makes it even better!

I bought an Emporio Armani shirt off Loofes Clothing after reading reviews saying the company sells legit stuff, but the shirt was clearly fake. No tag in the back that says EA7 (which real Emporio Armani has), instead a print in the back saying "EA7 Made in Mauritius" , meaning it is fake! Delivery also took 8 days!

Initially I was sent the wrong pair of trainers but when the gentleman called me I was very impressed with how he dealt with the mistake. I was given some compensation and the correct trainers were sent quite quickly. Mistakes happen but I'm prepared to give a good review because it was resolved in the correct manner without having to ask.
