The shoes I bought are really nice and good quality and the cape is nice, but couldn't fit me. As I tried to return it, they gave me the option refund a certain amount while I keep it. I took that option because they don't provide return labels and it will make things more complicated if I tried to make a return label myself, so I gave it away. What I notice however are the reviews I give to the products I bought. When I give the product 5 stars and give some good points about it, my review pops up on the website under the product. However when I gave my other products 4 and 3 stars, it doesn't show up. Why is that?

Their customer service is really poor. They don’t know how to engage properly and expect you to do all the work. They didn’t want to call UPS even though the package was stuck for several days. I contacted UPS myself and was told that the sender needs to file a claim. I then wrote on their Instagram, suggesting their customer service should be better – and they deleted the comment. I will definitely not buy from them again.

I had a mistaken size, but i talked with customer service and they replied fast and solved the problem without any issues. You can trust they take care of the customer and if something goes wrong, they are reliable.

Trotz diverser Nachfragen zahlten sie mir bis heute mein Geld für die Rücksendung nicht zurück. Der Nachweis für den Erhalt der Rücksendung war vorhanden. Keine Rückmeldung bis heute. VORSICHT denn das ist Betrug!

I ordered a dress from Lolitashow and needed it to come in quickly. After not hearing any updates for a while about my order, I contacted them about the dress and they ended up expediting the dress to me in 2 days for free of charge so I could have my dress on time for my event. That was very nice & considerate of them!! Lolitashow has been very easy to work with & quick to respond to all of my questions! I will be looking forward to purchasing from them in the future!

So it was my first time buying any clothes of the Lolita fashion, and I was really excited, but also really scared because you always hear about those horor stories. But a leap of faith and bought my first Lolita dress from this company. Everything looked good I didn't know what to choose, and when I did buy something the price was very fair. In the end I got what I ordered everything on it was the same as the pictures. Last but not least it came in early, I already bought more from them and I will be buying more in the future.

THEIR ITEMS ARE ABSOLUTELY TO DIE TO FOR I GOT 2 PAIRS OF SHOES I WANNA WEAR THEM EVERYDAY!!!! Their customer service is so impeccable they reply so fast and accommodate to your needs!!! I actually felt so valued and seen because they will COMPLETELY SOLVE ANY ISSUE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This place is not cheap, so beware that you could be wasting a lot of money. The clothing was more than 10cm smaller than specified on website. When I contacted customer support they wanted proof, so I photographed every item of clothing with a tape measure so they could easily see. Since the dress was for my daughter, they said that they needed proof of her size. Why, I don't know. The sizes they provided were different than specified on the website, and that's all they need to know. I said I would not be sending photographs of my child to prove her size because it was irrelevant, and they refused to give a refund and stopped answering my emails. They also never answer their phone listed on the website. I would stay clear away from these guys. Bad service, small clothing, and it's creepy that they wanted photos proving my kid's size.

Der Kundensupport war sehr gut! Er hat immer in englisch geantwortet, immer innerhalb eines (max. zwei) Tage. Er ist auf alle meine Fragen und Extrawünsche eingegangen. Ich hatte mir ein Maßgeschneidertes Kleid bestellt, die Abmaße die ich geschickt hatte wurden sehr gut eingehalten, es passt perfekt!!! Die Sendung kam ohne Probleme innerhalb von 1-2 Wochen an. Sie war ordentlich verpackt und nicht zerknittert. Es hat nichts gefehlt und es war nichts kaputt. Die Qualität des Kleides war für den Preis angemessen. Natürlich keine Baumwolle, aber für den guten Service, die Maßschneiderung , den ganzen Details und der Geschwindigkeit der Bearbeitung, kann man nicht mehr erwarten und sich echt nicht beschweren. Ich würde dort bedenkenlos wieder bestellen! 5/5! ---------english version -------- The customer support was very good! He always replied in English, always within one (max. two) days. He responded to all my questions and special requests. I ordered a made-to-measure dress, the measurements I sent were met very well, it fits perfectly!!!! The shipment arrived within 1-2 weeks without any problems. It was neatly packaged and not crumpled. Nothing was missing and nothing was broken. The quality of the dress was reasonable for the price. Not cotton, of course, but for the good service, the tailoring, all the details and the speed of processing, you can't expect more and you really can't complain. I would order there again without hesitation! 5/5!

So unbeknownst to me I didn’t know that lolitashow was Milanoo product. I have heard about Milanoo and tried to stay away from being possibly scammed. Of course when I clicked to pay through PayPal I noticed with my PayPal payment confirmation it said Milanoo. I freaked out because this dress was for a special event for my daughter. So I put a claim through pay pal. Milanoo reached out within a day. I was very honest with them about their reputation and they were adamant about giving them a chance. So I was advised to not close the account but to allow them to deliver because they did offer a refund if there was an issue. So I did pay for express shipping… it did come timely through DHL. They were pushing me to close the dispute and then they will send it… but I was advised not to because once you close you forfeit the right to dispute it again. So now the dress: of course as suspected it was not like the dress in the picture. However it was similar enough that my daughter still liked it. It definitely wasn’t expensive material like a real Lolita … it was definitely a dupe. But my daughter liked it and wanted to go ahead and keep it. It did fit well considering my daughter is petite (4’10”) but with DDD breasts. I did buy a petticoat to make it look fuller and it did. The “arm bands” feel very scratchy and uncomfortable so she may opt to not wear them. It drags because of her hieght but when she where’s 3 1/2 shoes length wise it fits perfect with no alterations. I wish it came like the picture where the black lace is pinned up like the picture but it didn’t and I have to figure out how to do it myself to match the picture because that’s how she likes it. I gave this review a 3star because the customer service was ok even though they were pushy about the subject.. they were for the most part professional… the package came very neatly packaged and on time. They were prompt to give me the tracking info and although the dress was not as expected (like the picture) it still was pretty.

High quality material and labor. Good for everyday wear. Fast delivery. Top knotch dresses. My daughter gets complements from everyone that sees these outfits. Love them. Will continue to buy.

Months ago I plaged an Order that DHL never delivered. I informed the shop about the problem and arranged for DHL to send the package back, because DHL repeatedly failed to stick to agreed delivery times and at some point I didn‘t want it anymore. In the first week when I contacted the seller je said I can request a cancellation on the website but they had already set it up so that you couldn‘t hit the cancel button anymore. I had described the problem to him several times, after which he kept repeating the same thing, even though it wasn‘t feasible. Although the goods were successfully returned, the retailer later said that I had exceeded the cancellation deadline. All he was lower the price even though I didn‘t Even receive the item. Lolitashow is asking dir an impossible amount and I refuse to pay something I‘ve Never seen. They are greedy criminals and if it were possible I wouldn‘t give a single star!
