TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This place is not cheap, so beware that you could be wasting a lot of money. The clothing was more than 10cm smaller than specified on website. When I contacted customer support they wanted proof, so I photographed every item of clothing with a tape measure so they could easily see. Since the dress was for my daughter, they said that they needed proof of her size. Why, I don't know. The sizes they provided were different than specified on the website, and that's all they need to know. I said I would not be sending photographs of my child to prove her size because it was irrelevant, and they refused to give a refund and stopped answering my emails. They also never answer their phone listed on the website. I would stay clear away from these guys. Bad service, small clothing, and it's creepy that they wanted photos proving my kid's size.
