Their customer service is really poor
Their customer service is really poor. They don’t know how to engage properly and expect you to do all the work. They didn’t want to call UPS even though the package was stuck for several days. I contacted UPS myself and was told that the sender needs to file a claim. I then wrote on their Instagram, suggesting their customer service should be better – and they deleted the comment. I will definitely not buy from them again.
