No response to emails or live chat. Been trying to get an update on my loan application no one is getting back to me! Worse company for customer service I have dealt with!

Very easy fast decision, very happy
Applied for a loan 10.days ago had next to no contact other than them requesting my payslips which I sent straight away but heard nothing for days and then recieved an email.asking for my most recent payslip .still no news on my loan. I understand that it can take longer than 2 hours but 10 days and still non the wiser .shocking company would not recommend
