This company is seriously harassing me every single day . They call me at all different times of day to try and pitch something to me , usually the callers have such a thick accent I can not understand what they are saying I have asked them several times to Stop calling and I am constantly ignored . If a company has to harass people to gain customers then maybe it’s not the company for you . Avoid

I receive multiple calls daily on different numbers. I've told them i have not applied and do not want a loan and another number then calls. Its getting ridiculous. I block every number and a new number calls me.

This company keeps calling me at least 3 times daily on different numbers i tell them each time i dont want a loan and not interested and block the number but they keep calling back on different numbers SORT IT OUT its harassment

No response to emails or live chat. Been trying to get an update on my loan application no one is getting back to me! Worse company for customer service I have dealt with!

Application is quick and fast.

Tell you that you have been accepted, get you to sign an agreement. Then leave you hanging for hours. Send you a text message asking you to call a number to finalise your loan. When you do you get cut off multiple times despite hitting numerous numbers to get through to the "right team to help you" 8 hours later and I still am not sure if I have got the loan or what it is that I actually signed for. I'm just glad that I take screen shots of everything otherwise I would really be worried!

2 hours to give a loan decision after completing the eligibility check. 24 hours later, still nothing. Customer service - don’t bother phoning or using their live chat, you’ll not get an answer.

Funds in my account straight away, and low fees. Will be using again.

After going through family circumstances i reached out to loans2go to arrange some support. I was put through to a lovely gentlemen Gareth who was nothing but supportive, kind and funny- he really made me feel ls judged and cheered me uo when needed- 5 stars to Gareth, there needs to be more advisors like this around

Worst loan company out there avoid at all cost you will pay 5 x the amount you borrow. Worst customer service I've experienced

Got into financial difficulties due to an urgent car repair which meant I missed a payment . Loans to go agreed that I continue payments the following month As agreed I made my payment on the 27/8/25 . However the following day they took the payment for a second time , leaving me unable to pay essential bills . I tried several times to contact them both on their web page and by email to request refund of second payment . Nil response , basically they ignore you . These companies prey on people with bad credit and who are experiencing financial hardship . Then ignore you when it suits

Absolute terrible, kept saying you getting your loan paid out just need to do this check and that check got to the last hurdle, just to turn round and say they not paying out the loan as they don’t want to put you into money trouble, especially when my credit score is decent and I get paid weekly and could afford to pay it all back I was just using it to get my credit score higher so I can applay for a mortgage please give these a wide birth as they only get you jumping through hoops for Sweet fa

Quick payment would definitely use again

Easy to fill in and application was approved quickly. The API varies on your credit score. Ignore the negative reviews, there is a 14 day cooling of period so it’s not possible to be ‘trapped’ in a contract, these are people who are impulsive, spending the cash but not reading the contract and/ or missing payments, sending the final bill out of control. Early repayment is available which significantly reduces the total interest due (if you’re smart).

Wort company i rang and explained about not being able to make a payment as I needed money to go to my sisters funeral they said that's fine no payment will be taken only to look at my bank and they toke 75quid and put me in overdraft there excuses is I earn enough to pay but I had to spend 4grand to get to her funeral so avoid avoid avoid they do not care all they do is lie

Applied for a loan on Sunday 3rd Aug, knew that it would probably take 1-2 days max. Its now been 6. I have provided pay slips, ID and proof of address, was told a decision would be made that day on tbew two separate occasions and nothing. Contacted for an update and got 2 generic responses. I am still nonethewiser. Day 7 : now apparently, my application has expired, so I cannot tack its progress and still no communication from loans2go. When you call, you are left on hold for 20 minutes a time. Poor.
