I was really impressed by this company.. the communication, the workmanship, the pleasant and co-operative staff. I can wholeheartedly recommend them (rare nowadays!!) If you are considering LMF and would like to view their work on my place then I'm fine with that (LMF job ref was ECO4-2235)
From the very beginning to speaking to the girls on the phone to the men completing the work, this was a great experience.
Every team who came to the property were respectful, hard working and approachable.
The core LMF team worked none stop, they left the house clean and tidy and we're very conscientious. Decent men and lads who were all very friendly and polite. Thank you very much
Arrived when arranged. Electrian excellent and very clean finish left. Installers very efficient and professional. Fixed loose tiles while they were installing. Would recommend.

I've had broken Promises to fix a faulty heat pump only installed in Febuary 2025. I'm still waiting 5 days later for a call back.
I would not trust this company.
Very helpful in the sign up period, then useless.

Yes Ive had a reply now.
That's after this review and after emailing LMF saying I will complain to the grant providers. Pity it couldn't have been sorted more amicably and in a timely professional manner.
From the start it didn't go well on the…air source heat pumps
From the start it didn't go well on the plumbing and air pump installation eventually when the problem was sorted one of the heat pumps went faulty a new card had to fitted in heat pump No1 also Vaillant engineer said he didn't think it had been working in cascade with No2 pump after the Vaillant engineer left, both pumps worked as they should in cascade for about 3 weeks and No 2 pump keeps throwing up a fault and stopped working, when the first pump faulted it was a good response from LMF but this time I reported fault on No2 pump 4 weeks ago and left numerous messages and still waiting for something to be done, the system hasn't been in a year yet, and very disappointed in the after care as well. Had solar & heat pump fitted all went well eventually its the after care that is terrible ime trying to get info from them on SEG for solar no replys to emails or anything
We had air source heating and solar panels put in on government grant,June 2025 and I'm so pleased, every one who came to do each fitting were absolutely brilliant! Put plastic down everywhere and tidied and hoovered afterwards.
The poor scaffolders worked tirelessly on the hottest day of the year! Everyone was amazing!

From start to finish this company has been great.
All the people who attended our property be it direct employees or subcontractors were extremely professional, polite, efficient and clean.

The service provided was great.
We had a few bumps along the way but the team were experienced and great at handling it on such an old house (approx 250 years old).
They guys were lovely to talk to and super knowledgable about the products as well as just being nice people and respectful of our property cleaning as they went.
Extra shout out to Zoe in the command centre organising everything. She was super efficient and great at communication with me (teacher - so sometimes it is difficult).
The heat pump, solar, radiators and insulation have really helped our old home being warmer and dry.
