The service provided was great
The service provided was great. We had a few bumps along the way but the team were experienced and great at handling it on such an old house (approx 250 years old). They guys were lovely to talk to and super knowledgable about the products as well as just being nice people and respectful of our property cleaning as they went. Extra shout out to Zoe in the command centre organising everything. She was super efficient and great at communication with me (teacher - so sometimes it is difficult). The heat pump, solar, radiators and insulation have really helped our old home being warmer and dry.
