deplorable treatment by Fraud team, verifying a transaction asking me my mothers milk, at some point the woman on the phone says, may be you are a fraudster, unacceptable treatment of clients, I hang up after 25 min of nonsense, they blocked my account prior to a trip of mine abroad leaving me stranded, went to unblock it after my return, was told they were closing the account in a month, no explanation, never received a letter to that effect, they told me they would resend the letter, two weeks later still no letter!!!! wtf guys, are you a bank or what

0% balance transfer why would you do that

Offered me a 0% balance transfer, then suspended my account because I tried to do a balance transfer! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find out what was happening and how to sort it. I now have to find a branch that hasn’t closed down to answer some questions about why I wanted to transfer a balance. I’ll have to take time off work and they just don’t give two sh**s.

Useless fraud department

Wouldnt help me after i got my money stolen and took 3-6 hours at a time to respond, so even though i started a conversation at 6am it still hadent been sorted by 9pm then they decided to cut me off. And left me on seen constantly for like an hour. Assholes

I've been a customer for 25 plus years…

I've been a customer for 25 plus years the only time I've needed help from them with a fraud case and they gave the fraudsters their money! Avoid lloyds like the plague!

part of the I.D

part of the I.D. check is to photograph passport online. The app failed to recognise my passport. Have now had to reapply twice as first 2 applications rejected. This app is not fit for purpose. 3rd application rejected also. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH LLOYDS AGAIN

Do not use them for business banking

Different information from everyone you speak to. International payments not going through and absolutely no notification when they dont! Very frustrating.

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. No customer service out of office hours. They lock you out of your account seemingly at random. Do NOT EVER CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD you’ll never see your money again. They treat you like you are a mindless moron. I’ve spent nearly 18 hours trying to arrange a simple Bank Transfer but am unable to because according to LB i am too much of a moron to be able to discern between a friend and a fraudster. If i didn’t have everything tied up, standard orders rent etc i would be off. STAY AWAY. They have no idea what they are doing.

After a company unknown to me took out…

After a company unknown to me took out £2.00 not a lot but I didn't authorize it, I contacted the bank and was put through to the fraud department, after being questioned was told some companies do this then follow up with larger sums so I asked for it to be blocked cancelled my card and pin number, they said they had done this but later that day I checked to find £60 plus had come out some name same company, so I rang directly to the fraud within the bank to be told well put a block on that for you!!!! What the f---- ,, iv decided if I don't get my money back I will transfer all my accounts to a different bank

It's a struggle this app l

I've been struggling With Lloyds Cardnet reader and app for several months. It's slow, unintuitive and the screen display goes dark alarmingly quickly so you don't know where you are. Most worryingly it seems to have a complete power discharge without notice. I have not got a rogue unit as Lloyds has already replaced it .. Awful and frustrating experience

I closed my account but bank kept my money

I closed my account, then a payment tried to pay into my account (closed). Instead of bouncing back to the sender, the money was kept by Lloyds and haven't returned yet. It was a scam.
