Shocking again. Ordered second tracksuit lastweek the bottoms are missing anybody i contact says they will get back to me still nothing. I ordered two other tracksuits for twins & not even a week later one showed up with bottoms missing. How do people get in contact with these people as the shops can’t do anything. This happened lastweek aswell when I ordered a Liverpool tracksuit for my sons birthday & it turned up with no jumper. Today’s tracksuit showed up no bottoms!

We got a new pair of Puma football boots at Christmas as a gift, They have come away from the stitching at the side. When we contacted customer services, and forwarded on photos of boots, they refused to replace the boots, stating that they “were worn the wrong way” or “came into contact with something” How else can you wear them? Of course they will come into contact with grass and a football. For the money you spend. You’d expect them to last or do the job they are intended to do. Excuses from @lifestylesports.ie @puma
I visited Lifestyle Sports in Manor West Shopping Centre, Tralee yesterday. I was accompanying somebody who was unwell with dementia and I knew I might need some help. Nobody came to us as we stood in the shoes area and I went to the counter where there were two young ladies in conversation. I explained what I thought I needed which were walking runners. One young lady came with me to the section , showed me where the shoes were and went off. She could clearly see the gentleman with me was unwell but made little effort to engage. I eventually picked a pair, asked for size and asked her not to mention price. She brought back the box with shoes, put it down and walked off without opening. No help offered with fitting. I would not have purchased at all but it was quite difficult with the person I was with and I wanted to get sorted without visiting another shop. The shoes fitted and I went to the counter, again where the two young ladies were in conversation and paid. The issue re price was satisfactorily resolved. Customer service was very poor with little engagement or interest in the customer. I would not buy there again.
I like lifestyle do buy a lot of stuff from lifestyle. Think there sales are good their deliveries are good and pick up from stores are good. UNTILL I went to buy pair of tracksuit pants from lifestyle online. €40 for cork O’Neills pants. Put it down for pick up in Wilton store and could not believe they were charging €3 for a pick up. What a joke seriously. I do think the delivery charge are to high which also have gone up. God o Neil’s don’t even charge that. I think it’s shocking and I be shopping some where else. It’s a shame.

I physically returned a pair of runners to the Bray store over 3 weeks ago. Still waiting on the refund. Promised over WhatsApp a week ago that the refund has been processed. Still nothing, now not replying to me on WhatsApp. No option to talk to anyone on the phone. Have given 5 stars previously as the order and delivery is service is good.
